What you do

The role of inspection technician at Anticimex involves varied tasks and flexible days with elements of both social, practical, and theoretical work. We value professionalism and a high level of service in our ambition to deliver the best service in the market. As an inspection technician at Anticimex, you work closely with our customers in what can be their biggest business decision - the purchase or sale of their property. Your contribution in these real estate transactions can be crucial for the customer to make the right decision.

During inspections, we provide expertise and knowledge, but we also care about informing customers about what we see and do. You will conduct several inspections and customer visits each day. You drive between your customer visits and have a planned route each day. In connection with these, you create and build customer relationships and collaborations.

As an inspection technician, you will work with:

• Conducting transfer inspections on villas
• Damage inspections and minor insurance inspections
• Documentation and preparation of energy declarations for villas and multi-family houses
• Other house services

Who you are

You are passionate about providing good service, have a knack for communication, and enjoy building relationships. You are used to working in a structured way and thrive in creating order around you. Perhaps you also have practical experience from a craft profession, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work? To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• have a university degree, KY education in construction, energy, installations, or similar to be able to be energy certified
• are familiar with digital tools such as phone, computer, tablet, etc.
• preferably speak more languages than Swedish
• have a B driver's license
